City of Darwin is seeking to create opportunities to enhance the economic, cultural and environmental sustainability of Darwin. As part of this endeavour, the City is seeking investors and funding partners to support the delivery of a number of major projects for the City.

Council may consider Unsolicited Proposals where City of Darwin’s commitment involves leasing or sale of land, disposal of assets, exempt procurement activity or a commercial arrangement with no procurement. An Unsolicited Proposal is an approach to City of Darwin to deal directly over a commercial proposition, where the proposal will solve a problem, address an opportunity, or enhance services that City of Darwin provides.
